The diet for fatty liver should be low in any kind of fats and low in calories, both in fatty liver caused by excessive alcohol consumption as in NAFLD.
Hepatic steatosis, or fatty liver, should be treated in accordance with medical advice and always accompanied with power-driven nutritionist to prevent the worsening liver, reducing symptoms such as tiredness, vomiting or abdominal pain.
